If this happened while I was there, I would of f**king died.
A similar situation happened at my job though. One day, a mouse (but I think it was a rat), was inside the dining room while we had customers. We had to block off the dining room where the mouse was, trap it with a serving tray, and call the pest control guy to come and remove it. But it took like 4 hours for the guy to get there. It was really nerve wracking for me.

Oh, it was a nightmare for me. A long time ago, the secretary before me, told me a mouse go into the office, and she had to carry it outside. I would of f**king flipped out.
Then, there was a period where almost everyday, there was a mouse inside the kitchen, or on the serving line. There were two separate stories where a family of mice lived in the walls of the cafeteria, and also in this little tiny area inside a cupboard in the cafeteria. You know I was really, really scared...
