Rules to remember:

• In order to be considered for affiliation to The Misfits Club, you must follow the form above.
  
• ProBoards forums only.
  
• If no e-mail address is provided in the form, you will be immediately rejected.
  
• At any time our banner is not visible on your site, we reserve the right to remove yours.
  
• Please refrain from advertising in your affiliate thread. All advertising must be done in the advertising sub-board
  
• If you at any time affiliated with The Misfits Club, and you notice that your banner has been removed, you may do the following. You may make a thread asking why your banner was removed. You may take a look at our Dead Threads section to see if there was an explanation in your original request thread. You may create another affiliation request thread.
  
• Additional rules will be added if necessary.
