Oh ok. I really hope not, because I'll lock it seriously. I know that the N-word, C-word, and W-word are really sensitive words, and I never wanna use them again the way I did in my earlier post.

Finally, I feel a little bit appreciated now. I always assumed you thought less of me. Also, I doubt Sheik be able to get sensitive information about me, but I'm sure she will get me to open up more. You know something, I almost have to tend to agree with you on that one. The Butterfly Room would be a prime example of what you're talking about. When I first joined The Butterfly Room, I felt that there was this sort of inner clique within the community. I mean, this place was very active, but there was always these few members who really knew each other the most, and the people who were in the clique who didn't have powers over anything, had influence with the main admin. And if any issues were to happen with these members, the main admin would overlook any negative actions on their part and blame everything on the other person. It's kind of like my situation there were I got offended by this girls racist remarks, and nobody took it seriously. I mean, she's using the N word loosely and joking about it, but nobody seems to care. They're just treating it like normal word and totally forgetting about it's dark meaning. And you have to think about it. It's just like if someone was to get offended by someone saying Cracker or Wet*** in a joking manner, and the main admin just overlooks everything. HEY IM HIGHLY OFFENDED BY THE WORD CRACKER SO f**k YOU I know Janeway comes across as obsessive, but I have to say that racism is nothing to joke about. I know you mean no harm, but there are some people that may get easily offended by that word. what does cracker and Wet*** even mean? I've never heard these expressions here! (yes I learned english in the us till I was 5 or in a french high school, so I didn't learn many swear words! please educate me as a proper teenager should be! lol)) Janeway's reference for the derogatory term for the Latin and Mexicain American decent is sound, but I have found a bit more infomation for the derogatory term for white people. www.answerbag.com/q_view/489687um no one is offended could was joking and we should being able to talk about those words without someone freaking out there words as long as you not using them in a offensive sentence you should be able to talk about them. I agree with you Rika, but some people can easily be offended by the most insignificant things. An example would be when black people get offended by white people saying the N word in a general sense. yea but thats the thing its history its not now "You must always know the past, for there is no real Was, there is only Is." ~ William Faulkner This thread is really interesting. I can't wait to see how it unfolds.
