Yep..... i'll never understand how he got reelected.... anywho... The US economy is in failure because of the war, but also because the US is going in debt, because so many americans constantly live in debt and keep re-mortgaging their houses to higher loan amounts, and using the extra cash to fund high street purchases... Also because the current president strongly believes in monetary policy instead of fiscal, and usually the US government makes full use of economic tools like money supply, tax rates, and credit control, among other things, to adjust the rate of economic growth, but some people believe if you leave it all to its natural course, it simply goes through booms and slumps, and will naturally go back up when it feels like it, but it's gone too low now, it's time to actually DO something about it!!
(i'm sorry if you've never taken an economics class you might not understand it all...)

Wow, you really know a lot for not living in the U.S. I did take a class though, It's just not when it got so bad for us or whatever. Some of the stuff you said sounds fimilar(sp) though, but of course I forgot about it. So just so I get it clearer, your bascially saying that It's everybody's fault including the president?

but that's the thing! the US wasn't attacked by a country! It was a group of rebel terrorists acting without any authorization from their government! You know, many countries were attacked by terrorists, and didn't do anything about it because it's absolutely ridiculous to attack a whole country, to make them responsible when their leaders tell you they had NOTHING to do with the attack!

Oh wow. Now I see why everyone is so upset at Bush's actions. And also why hes put countless lives at risk. Hopefully when Obama wins, he will set things right with this nation.
